These are not English Bulldogs, but rather a recreation of the bulldog existing in the 18th century and before. OEBs are far less prone to the health problems afflicting English Bulldogs. They are free-whelping, free-breeding, althletic, agile, intelligent, nearly fearless dogs which bond strongly with their family and are protective of hearth and home. They are generally friendly towards strangers, but may be reserved on first meeting. Our dogs carry a genetic health guarantee. Pups can travel at eight weeks of age, and at that time will be twice wormed, have two sets of shots, tails docked, dew claws removed, microchip ID implante, temperment evaluated, and properly socialized in the household. Pick up by the new owner is preferred, but we can help arrange escorted shipping anywhere in the contiguous 48 states for a flat fee of $300. Our pups range in price from $800 to $2000. We use our breeding stock as working dogs in our cow-calf operation. This breed also participates in agility contests, and weight pulling competitions, and works guard and protection duty. They are very intelligent and strong-willed. Obedience training is necessary unless you have ample experience working with dogs.
